One of you creates a couple code (My couple screen or Settings, Link my couple) and sends it to the other, who taps I have a code and enters it. Your answers can then be compared.
My partner can't see my answers.
That's expected: an answer only appears for the other person once they have answered the same question. Pull down on the Recap screen to refresh, and check you are linked (Settings, Couple).
I can't see the Intimacy & desire theme.
It is off by default and for adults only. Turn on Intimate content (18+) in Settings. It may be unavailable in your country or when parental controls are active. Intimate answers are only compared if you both turned it on.
I forgot my secret PIN.
The PIN is stored only on your phone, as a hash: nobody, including us, can recover it. On the PIN screen, tap Forgot your code?, then Erase everything and start over. This erases all app data on this phone (answers, couple, games). Purchases stay linked to your Apple or Google account and can be restored from Settings.
I bought something but nothing is unlocked.
In Settings, tap Restore purchases using the same Apple or Google account as for the purchase. A purchase also unlocks your partner once your accounts are linked.
Is there a subscription?
No. The Games Pass (2,99 € in France), the 360 questions, the extensions and All-inclusive are one-time purchases with no renewal.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple or Google. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: play.google.com, Payments & subscriptions, Budget & history.
How do I use an access code?
Settings, Access code, enter the code and tap Apply. Content is unlocked for the stated period. If you see Invalid or expired code, check the spelling or contact whoever gave it to you.
I received a link or a code. What now?
Open the link. If it doesn't open the app, install Klique, open the Games tab, tap Compatibility test, then I have a code, and enter the 6-character code. Codes are valid for 30 days.
How does the community work?
Turn on community participation: your answers to the compatibility test questions are compared anonymously with other players. You see your soulmate match, your top 5 and how rare your answers are. Nobody sees your name or answers, only a percentage and a country. Turning it off deletes your profile and challenges immediately.
How do anonymous challenges work?
From your top 5, tap Challenge to send a compatibility test. Challenges are 18+ only, limited to 3 per day, and sending requires the Games Pass (receiving is free). After the game, each of you can propose a handle: it is revealed only if you both propose one. Klique is not a dating app and does not verify identities.
How do I block or report someone?
In the challenge, tap Block (you won't see each other in the community anymore) or Report and pick a reason. It is immediate. If you are in danger, call emergency services (112 in Europe).
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings, Delete my account and answers. Everything is erased immediately and permanently. Details: Delete my account.
