Delete my account

Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open Klique and go to Settings.
2. If a secret PIN is set, enter it.
3. Tap Delete my account and answers.
4. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

You can then uninstall the app to also remove data stored on the phone (encryption keys, PIN, preferences).

Leave the community only

Community tab, turn off community participation. Your anonymous profile, sent and received challenges and proposed handles are deleted immediately.

Delete by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@klique.app with the subject "Klique account deletion". As Klique uses no name or email, please include anything that helps locate your account (couple code, game code, approximate purchase date, country). We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• your anonymous account and preferences (language, age confirmation, consents);
• all your couple answers (encrypted) and your public key;
• your couple link (the couple is deleted when it has no member left);
• games you created and your participation in group games; your answers to tests created by others are detached from your account and deleted at the latest 30 days after the test was created;
• your community profile, challenges, proposed handles and blocks;
• your purchase status and redeemed access codes stored on our servers.

What may be kept

• Reports you made or that concern you, no longer linked to your deleted account, for up to 12 months for community safety;
• purchase records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their legal obligations (your purchases stay linked to your Apple or Google account and can be restored on a new Klique account);
• server logs, up to 90 days;
• support emails, up to 3 years after the last exchange.
